The most straightforward service is the Full service which includes everything that you may possibly need and where we provide constant advice about the options of your project. This is the most straightforward because you do not have to worry about what is coming around the corner in terms of additional costs because everything is included in the Agreed fee. The work covered by this service is extensive and what sets it apart from the simple drawings package services is the project management element. The project management of your project will include consulting with you in detail about the structural and interior design options and the building cost implications of each option. Many of our Clients prefer to transfer their homes into a beautiful home suited to their own personal lives whereas other clients are more interested in the Return on Investment of their Home improvement project. These are the two opposite poles and each Client fits along the scale bar of these poles. We can help you work that out.
There are more cost-effective options include the Planning Only service which includes the concept design and planning application. The drawings only service and the Building regulations services which includes the technical design. Whatever your Project requirements are we have a cost effective service for you.
