Hi Gary,
I hope you're well and thank you so much for sending me the attached, that's great news that it's now approved!
The loft is coming along well. They are at the painting/decorating stage now and snagging. Carpets to be installed next Friday and there following my favourite part, furnishing it with beds, curtains etc. It's looking really lovely though. Mistec system installed and that was so straightforward, i was worried that it would all be very complicated.
Air conditioning fully installed, although we don't quite need it yet, it will definitely be needed next Summer! We have already tested it out and it's quite amazing how it cools the room. Definitely a worthy investment for us!
When it's all furnished and completed, you'll have to come round to have a look.
I am always ever so grateful to you for designing it all, everyone we've had come around, i.e. curtains installer man, the air con man and mistec man have all commented on what a great design it was. They have all said that it's a wonderful use of the space and has maximised it to it's full potential space wise.
I always tell them, I have the best architect in the world!
